Diamond Drilling
and Coring
Diamond
drilling is a vibration free relatively quiet method of drilling
holes in reinforced and mass concrete, granite, stone and
brick. The process can also be used for cast iron and steel
plate of limited thickness. Rigs are driven by electricity
or hydraulic power units.

The
use of water acts as a coolant reduces dust during the drilling
process enabling works to be carried out in occupied premises.
Stitch drilling (overlapping 107mm dia holes) can be used
to create apertures of unlimited size/thickness. Ideal for
complex shapes, curves etc.

Concrete
Cutters have the facility to cut certain smaller sizes in
brick block masonry walls up to 152mm dia by dry drilling
using the air flush system.
Holes
sizes from 10mm to 1000mm dia (special larger sizes on request)
