Diamond Track Sawing

Using the latest Track Mounted Electro-Hydraulic Diamond Saws and experienced saw cutting operators, Concrete Cutters are able to form openings in reinforced concrete walls, floors, beams and columns that are accurate and leave a clean edge.

Diamond Track Sawing can produce a flush cut using a flush cut adaptor from adjacent walls and floors as well as being square and accurate to within tolerance levels of 2mm.

The process requires the use of water, this is however controllable using special protection and collection methods.

Depths of up to 1000mm from one face can be achieved.
