Hydraulic Bursting
Hydraulic
bursting offers the ability to fragment almost unlimited areas of
concrete, either horizontally or vertically down, with or without
reinforcing.
The
method involves drilling a matrix of holes of 110mm dia at approx
350mm centres into the area to be demolished. Once the holes are
drilled the bursting piston equipment is inserted and the process
begins.
The
demolishing takes a longer time to accomplish than hydraulic crunching
due to the preparation of drilling the holes, but has similar advantages
of low noise and low dust.
-
Clean, quiet concrete demolition
-
Suitable for reinforced
concrete walls, floors, lift pits.
-
Can be used as an alternative to
Hydraulic Crunching
