Concrete
Cutters (Sarum) Ltd place orders for 3 brand new Xcalibre
trailer rigs to be shipped to Doha, Qatar. The New Doha International
Airport currently under construction has 10587 new 12" AGLs
to be installed. NDIA is building
2 of the 5 longest runways in the world, 4 parallel taxiways and
a terminal with satellites and stands capable of 60m passengers
a year. We have been awarded the project to supply and supervise
the AGL works for the main contractor Sinohydro /Gamuda. Concrete
Cutters are sending 3 of the most experienced AGL seating ring technicians
in the industry to oversee the project. Led by Dean Gregory we are
responsible for the safety and quality of the works. We relish this
challenge and will update the news section on our progress once
the contract starts in mid September.
We
are delighted to announce the appointment of Carol Hall as our senior
office administrator. Carol has been involved for 11 years with
the BAA Pavement & Infrastructure team and is enjoying her new
role with us immensely.
