Following
a client request
to accelerate programme to make up time lost due to weather we increased
resources at RAF Leuchars in Fife, Scotland. Concrete Cutters &
Holemasters Scotland successfully completed all the 586 AGL installation
works within the revised programme. All the AGL seating ring and
luminaries were MALMS tested on September 14th and there
were no failures. Iain Campbell attended the official handover from
Morgan Est to the RAF on 27th of September on time and
within budget.
We also showed our versatility
by complete ting some sealant works for Morgan Est. to expansion
joints around drain covers. Our retexturing machines were also deployed
to RAF Leuchars to improve the skid resistance of existing concrete
panels by reinstating a brushed finish.

We are delighted to welcome
back after several months of illness our senior engineer Mr Andy
Fry. Andy has been responsible for design and development engineering
of some of the most technically advanced and unique equipment in
our industry. Because of the highly specialized nature of our works
'off the shelf' equipment is not available, which is where Andy
comes into his own as he just builds one. Even winning awards from
BAA in the process. (DEC 06 - Oxidised Bitumen application machine.)
On behalf of everyone at Concrete Cutters it is great to see him
back.
